      低等级粉煤灰由于活性低,需通过一些方法将其活性激活后再利用。为研究粉煤灰活性,通过水热合成的方法激发其活性,然后测试其力学性能及微观分析。将低等级粉煤灰分别以10%、20%、30%、40%的掺量等质量代替水泥制作胶砂试件,在1.3 MPa、180 ℃的条件下蒸压10 h后分别标养7 d、60 d、90 d后测试其抗折抗压强度,并做XRD分析。结果表明,高温高压条件下养护提高了试件强度,激发了粉煤灰活性;随着养护时间增长,试件强度逐渐提高,且代替水泥掺量在20%~30%时效果较好。
英文摘要:
      Because of the low activity of low-grade fly ash,some methods are needed to activate its activity and reuse it.In order to study the activity of fly ash,the activity was stimulated by hydrothermal synthesis,and then its mechanical properties and microscopic analysis were tested.The cement-sand specimens were made of low-grade fly ash with the contents of 10%,20%,30% and 40% instead of cement,and the compressive strength of the specimens was tested at the conditions of 1.3 MPa and 180 ℃ after 10 h of autostatic compression for 7 days,60 days and 90 days respectively.The samples were then tested with XRD analysis.The results showed that curing under high temperature and high pressure increased the strength of test block and activated the activity of fly ash.With the increase of curing time,the strength of test block increases gradually,and the effect is better when the cement content is 20%~30%.
