      使用ANSYS Workbench软件,对流固耦合作用下的三通管振动特性进行分析。首先应用Solidworks和ANSYS Workbench对结构进行几何建模,再利用CFX模块对流场进行计算,将得出的结果以荷载的形式导入Workbench进行流固耦合状态下的模态分析。计算研究三通管在双进单出和单进双出情况下的入水口流速、入水口压强和管壁厚度对固有频率的影响。结果表明,双进单出三通管的固有频率比单进双出三通管的固有频率略大,两种不同流体流动方式三通管的前六阶振型都主要是整体梁变形;管道的固有频率会随着入水口压强和流速的增加而增加;随着壁厚的增加,前三阶固有频率有所降低,第4~6阶固有频率则先升后降;在入水口压强、入水口流速和壁厚等条件相同的情况下,双进单出三通管的固有频率比单进双出三通管的固有频率略大。
英文摘要:
      The vibration characteristics of a tee under fluid-solid coupling are analyzed using ANSYS Workbench software.Firstly,Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench are used to geometrically model the structure.Then the flow field is calculated by CFX module.The results are imported into Workbench in the form of loads for modal analysis under fluid-solid coupling state.The effects of the inlet velocity,inlet pressure and wall thickness of the tee on the natural frequencies are studied.The results show that the natural frequencies of the double-inlet and single-outlet tee are slightly higher than the natural frequencies of the single-inlet and double-outlet tee.The first six order vibration shapes of the tee in two different fluid flow modes are mainly deformation of the overall beam.The natural frequencies of the pipeline increase as the inlet pressure and flow rate increases.As the wall thickness increases,the first three natural frequencies decrease,and the forth to sixth natural frequencies increase first and then decrease.Under the same conditions of inlet pressure,inlet velocity and wall thickness,the natural frequencies of the double-inlet and single-outlet tee is slightly larger than the natural frequency of the single-inlet and double-outlet tee.
