      为研究核电厂状态导向法事故规程(state-oriented procedure,SOP)下数字化主控室操纵班组沟通特征,建立SOP班组成员沟通认知模型,收集沟通日志并编码、转录。采用模糊社会网络分析法(fuzzy social network analysis,FSNA)对主控室班组沟通结构和内容构建模糊网络,并对模糊网络进行模糊密度、中心度、中心势、间距中心度分析。结果表明:“询问”、“回复”沟通类型占据比例和重要度较高,且在多模式沟通链路中起到“连接”作用,“呼叫”、“建议”、“判断”、“声明”沟通类型占据比例相对较低;协调员在班组沟通结构中起到“桥梁”作用,全面协调任务;安全工程师处于“孤岛”位置,对班组沟通贡献相对较少。分析结果能够优化沟通结构和内容,并为主控室班组沟通分析提供一定数据支持,从而提高班组成员沟通的效率。

      In order to clarify the communication characteristics of operation crews in Digital main control room of nuclear power plant applying the State-oriented Procedure (SOP),the cognitive model of communication of operation crews was established based on SOP,and the communication log was collected,encoded and transcribed.The communication structure and content of the main control room were visualized and the fuzzy network was analyzed for fuzzy density,fuzzy degree,fuzzy centralization,fuzzy betweenness centrality based on Fuzzy Social Network Analysis (FSNA).The results show that the “inquiry” and “reply” communication types have a high proportion and importance,and play a “connection” role in the multi-way communication link,the proportion of “call”,“suggestion”,“judgment” and “announcement” communication types is relatively low;the coordinator plays a “bridge” role in the communication structure of the operation crews,and comprehensively coordinates the tasks;the safety technical advisor is in the “island” position and contributes relatively little to the crew communication.The analysis results can optimize the communication structure and content and provide some data support for the communication analysis of the main control room crews,thus improving the communication efficiency of the crews.
