针对某难浸铀矿石,采用“氯化焙烧-硫酸浸出”工艺进行处理提取铀、铜、银。研究结果表明,最佳氯化焙烧实验条件为氯化钠用量6%,氯化焙烧温度 460 ℃,氯化焙烧时间2 h,焙烧液固比0.2∶1。对氯化焙烧后的矿样进行硫酸浸出,浸出条件为:硫酸浓度30 g/L、浸出时间30 min、浸出温度70 ℃、液固比2∶1,此时金属离子铀、铜、银的浸出率分别为铀85.08%、铜95.82%、银91.80%。 |

A refractory uranium ore was treated by the process of“Chloridizing roast-Sulfuric acid leaching”for recovery of uranium,copper and silver.The optimum conditions of chloridizing roast were obtained as follows:the addition of NaCl 6%,the roast temperature 460 ℃,reaction time 2 h,the ratio of liquid to solid is 0.2∶1.Materials from roasting were leached by sulphuric acid,and parameters were optimized as follows:the acidity of sulphuric acid was 30 g/L,leaching time was 30 min,leaching temperature was 70 ℃,and liquid to solid ratio was 2∶1.The results are consistent with the thermodynamic analysis,as leaching rates of uranium,copper and silver are 85.08% ,95.82% and 91.80%. |
