      采用蒸汽扩散法制备了新型的具有生物相容性的金属有机骨架化合物(Na-β-CD-MOFs),利用X-射线单晶衍射仪对Na-β-CD-MOFs结构进行检测并解析,分析表明该晶体属于单斜晶体,P21空间群,分子式为C42H76O42Na,a=14.713 3(13)×10-10 m,b=15.314 8(13) ×10-10 m,c=15.016 9(13)×10-10 m,β=117.797(3)°,α=γ=90.000°,V=2 993.31(50) ×10-10 m3。然后通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG进行表征,表明Na-β-CD-MOFs中保留了环糊精骨架,具有多孔道三维网状结构。

      A new biocompatible metal-organic framework compound (Na-β-CD-MOFs) was prepared by vapor diffusion method.The structure of Na-β-CD-MOFs was detected and analyzed by X-ray single crystal diffraction.The crystal of Na-β-CD-MOFs belonged to monoclinic system with space group P21 and its molecular formula was C42H76O42Na,a=14.713 3(13)×10-10 m,b=15.314 8(13) ×10-10 m,c=15.016 9(13)×10-10 m,β=117.797(3)°,α=γ=90.000°,V=2 993.31(50)×10-10 m3,then it was characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and TG.The results showed that the cyclodextrin skeleton was retained in Na-β-CD-MOFs,which had porous three-dimensional network structure.
