合成了一种新Zn2+的荧光探针2-羟基-苯甲酸(2-羟基-萘-1-基亚甲基)-酰肼(P3),该探针Ag+,Al3+,Bi3+,Cd2+,Co2+,Cr3+,Cu2+,Dy3+,Eu3+,Fe3+,Hg2+,K+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Na+,Ni2+,Pb2+,La3+,Sm3+,UO22+,Th4+和Zr4+等多种离子的存在下,对Zn2+具有很好的选择性。探究了探针P3识别Zn2+的最佳条件,建立了一种荧光检测Zn2+的方法。其结果表明在pH值为7.36,φ(CH3OH)=10%及φ(H2O)=90%的体系中,Zn2+浓度在1~9 μmol/L范围内,探针的荧光强度与Zn2+的浓度呈现良好的线性关系(y=40.333x+10.323,R2=0.99),其检出限0.045 6 μmol/L。同时,研究了P3与Zn2+的作用模式,提出了荧光机制。 |

A new Zn2+fluorescent sensor 2-Hydroxy-benzoic acid(2-hydroxy-naphthalen-1-ylmethylene)-hydrazide(P3) was designed and studied,which showed high selectivity in the present of Ag+,Al3+,Bi3+,Cd2+,Co2+,Cr3+,Cu2+,Dy3+,Eu3+,Fe3+,Hg2+,K+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Na+,Ni2+,Pb2+,La3+,Sm3+,UO22+,Th4+,Zr4+.The best conditions of the probe P3 recognizing Zn2+ was explored and a method for fluorescence detection of Zn2+ was established.The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of P3 had good linear relationship with Zn2+ ions concentration in the range of 1-9 μmol/L(y=40.333x+10.323,R2=0.99) in the system with pH 7.36 and φ(CH3OH)=10%,φ(H2O)=90% and the low detection limit was 0.045 6 μmol/L.At the same time,the interaction properties between the sensor P3 and Zn2+ ions and the fluorescent mechanism were investigated. |
