研究开发了一个新型无膦配体双金属共催化体系,避免了高毒性和高污染性配体的使用,使催化反应更简洁,更具有开发应用价值.在摩尔分数5% Pd(OAc)2,摩尔分数10% Cu(OAc)2、无需任何配体存在下,能够顺利实现唑类杂环与各种芳基碘苯的直接芳基化,产率中等、反应条件温和、底物适用范围较广. |

A practical,efficient Pd(OAc)2\Cu(OAc)2 cocatalytic system has been developed.With only 5% Pd(OAc)2,10% Cu(OAc)2,without any phosphorus ligands,the direct arylation of benzoazoles with aryliodides could be performed smoothly in mild condition,affording the desired arylated benzoazoles in good yields. |
