      提出一种评价数字化核电厂操纵员操作绩效的新方法并进行了实验验证.基于数字化核电厂操纵员的基本操作,模拟四种基本操作:良好环境下切屏点击、干扰环境下切屏点击、良好环境下不同距离与角度阀门点击、干扰环境下不同距离与角度阀门点击.通过专家打分确定各项操作的初步绩效权重,再由熵值法进行调整,克服了其它权重法不能随着具体情况的变化而变化的缺点.实验结果表明,该方法能对数字化核电厂操纵员的绩效进行定量、有效地评估,既能用于各数字化核电厂对主控室操纵人员的选拔,又能用于对在岗操纵员进行绩效考核,可以在数字化核电厂中得到广泛应用.
英文摘要:
      In order to improve the performance of operators in digital nuclear power plant,a new method is proposed to evaluate the operation performance.Based on the basic operations of digitized nuclear power plant operators,a simulation experiment was carried out by simulating the following four kinds of basic operations:cutting screen under good environment,cutting screen under noisy environment,clicking valve from different distances and angles under favorable environment,and clicking valve from different distances and angles under noisy environment.The weight of each performance was determined by the expert scoring,and performance is determined by the weight of entropy method which can overcome the defect that the other weight method can't vary with the specific situation and change,and then the performance index was obtained.Finally it arrives at comprehensive performance index.The results show that this quantitative method can be utilized to evaluate the performance of nuclear power plant operators,and be helpful in nuclear main control room personnel selection and performance evaluation.It can also be widely used in digital nuclear power plant.
