针对TiO2纳米粉末在废液处理过程中回收难的问题,采用阳极氧化的方法在孔隙度为30%的多孔钛上制备TiO2纳米管,主要研究了HF浓度、氧化时间和氧化电压对TiO2纳米管显微形貌的影响,并选用罗丹明B(RhB)溶液作为处理对象,研究多孔钛负载TiO2纳米管复合材料的光催化性能.结果表明:当电解液中HF质量分数为0.6%、氧化时间为2 h、氧化电压为30 V时,可在多孔钛上生长结合牢固、均匀分布的TiO2纳米管;经紫外光照射5 h,多孔钛负载TiO2纳米管复合材料对RhB溶液的光催化效率可达77.2%,而相同条件下,钛片负载TiO2纳米管的光催化效率仅71.2%. |

In order to solve the problem that TiO2 nanopowder is difficult to be recovered in the process of liquid waste disposal,TiO2 nanotubes loaded on porous titanium with 30% porosity were prepared by anodic oxidation in this paper.The effects of the concentration of HF in electrolyte,the oxidation time,and the oxidation voltage on the micrographs of TiO2 nanotubes were investigated.And rhodamine B (RhB) solution was chosen as the object to study the photocatalytic property of TiO2 nanotubes loaded porous titanium.The results show that regular and homogeneous TiO2 nanotubes can grow on porous titanium when the mass fraction of HF is 0.6%,the oxidation time is 2 h and the oxidation voltage is 30 V.The photocatalytic efficiency of the TiO2 nanotubes loaded porous Ti is 77.2% for RhB solution after 5 h ultraviolet irradiation,while that for TiO2 nanotubes loaded titanium sheet prepared under same condition is only 71.2%. |
