| 选矿废水含有大量重金属离子、选矿药剂、悬浮物等污染物,直接排放会引起水资源浪费和环境污染.本文通过单矿物浮选试验,研究了废水、蒸馏水、废水处理水三种体系中,丁黄药、丁铵黑药及乙硫氮对黄铁矿的浮选行为的影响.实验结果表明:在废水体系中加与不加捕收剂,黄铁矿的浮选回收率均比蒸馏水体系中低；在废水处理水体系中,无论加或不加捕收剂,黄铁矿的浮选回收率均比废水体系中高. |

| Flotation wastewater contains lots of heavy metal ions,the flotation reagents,suspended solids and other pollutants,direct discharge can cause water resource waste and environmental pollution.Based on the single mineral flotation experiment,it studied flotation behavior of butyl xanthate,ammonium butyl aerofloat and ethyl thio carbamate on pyrite in three systems of distilled water,waste water and wastewater treatment water three system.Results show that compared with distilled water system in wastewater treatment system,with and without collector,the flotation recovery of pyrite is better than distilled water system.In the wastewater treatment system,with or without collector,the flotation recovery of pyrite is higher than under wastewater treatment system. |
