      以2,6-吡啶二羰酰氯与罗丹明酰胺缩合反应的产物(BR)为荧光“关—开”型探针,研究了探针BR选择性识别Fe3+的各种影响因素,建立了BR荧光检测分析痕量Fe3+的方法.Job's Plot实验证明BR与Fe3+的络合比为1∶2.且Fe3+浓度在0~20 μmol/L范围内与BR呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.998),检出限为1.8×10-8 mol/L.
英文摘要:
      A turn-on fluorescent probe BR based on rhodamine for trivalent ferric ion (Fe3+) was synthesized.It was studied that the various factors,such as pH,the water content of the solvent,concentration,interfering ion,affected the fluorescence of BR and Fe3+ complex.And an approach was developed for the detection of trace amount of Fe3+ based on BR as fluorescent probe.The sensing behavior between BR and Fe3+ was studied by Job's titration,which showed a 1∶2 complex formation.In addition,the sensor responded to Fe3+ with a linear range of 0~20 μmol/L and a low detection limit of 1.8×10-8 mol/L.
