      高砷含金硫精矿中的金常包裹于黄铁矿与毒砂中,直接浸出金浸出率很低,属于典型的难处理含金矿石.本文采用常规焙烧和微波焙烧对高砷含金硫精矿进行预处理,再采用硫代硫酸盐溶液浸出,并将两种焙烧方法得到的焙砂进行了S元素含量、XRD、SEM、比表面积和浸出率分析,并对比了二者的结果,得出以下结论:微波焙烧在15 kW条件下焙烧60 min,S的去除率能达到88.6%,虽低于常规焙烧700 ℃条件下焙烧2 h的94.7%,但能耗更少;微波焙烧后焙砂含有的矿物较常规焙烧更加单一,矿物更纯;微波焙烧后焙砂的表面形貌变化更大,氧化程度更好;微波焙烧后焙砂的比表面积为31.9 m2/g大于常规焙烧后的21.8 m2/g,更利于浸出;浸出率方面,微波焙烧后浸出率为73.4%,高于常规焙烧后的71.2%.总的来说,微波焙烧高砷含金硫精矿优于常规焙烧.

      The leaching rate of gold by direct leaching is very low since the gold in the gold-bearing sulfur concentrates with high content of arsenic is often locked in pyrite and arsenopyrite.It belongs to the typical refractory gold-bearing ore.In this paper,the gold-bearing sulfur concentrates with high content of arsenic were leached by thiosulfate after the pretreatment of conventional roasting and microwave roasting.The S element content,XRD,SEM,specific surface area and the gold leaching rate after the pretreatment of conventional roasting and microwave roasting were analyzed and compared respectively.The results showed that the removal rate of S reached to 88.6% under the condition of 15 kW for 60 min.Though it was lower than that of the conventional roasting which reached to 94.7% under the condition at 700 ℃ for 2 h,the energy consumption of microwave roasting was lower than that of conventional roasting.The minerals in the roasted product with microwave roasting were more one fold than that of conventional roasting.The surface morphology change of the roasted product with microwave roasting was bigger and the oxidation degree was better than that of conventional roasting.The specific surface area of the roasted product with microwave roasting was 31.9 m2/g,it was bigger than that of the conventional roasting which was 21.8 m2/g,so the leaching effect would be better.In the matter of leaching rate,the gold leaching rate of the roasted product with microwave roasting was 73.4%,it was higher than that of the conventional roasting which was 71.2%.In general,the effect of microwave roasting was more superior than that of the conventional roasting.
