      对环冷机台车内置横管结构进行了研究,利用Fluent 模拟了台车内置横管结构内烧结矿区域的温度场与速度场的分布,并研究了不同进口风速v对冷却时间与余热回收利用热量的影响.研究结果表明:内置横管结构的台车冷却效果要优于传统结构的台车,在进口风速范围为0.60 m/s~1.50 m/s内,内置横管结构的台车在余热回收利用段的冷却时间相对于传统结构的台车减少了65%左右,在冷却结束时的冷却时间减少了48%左右;且当冷却空气的最优进口速度为v=1.05 m/s时,余热回收利用热量最多.

      The structure of inner cross-tube trolley was researched.The software of Fluent was used to simulate the temperature distribution and velocity distribution in the structure of inner cross-tube trolley’s sinter area,and the impact of the difference cooling air inlet velocity ‘v’ on the cooling time and the recover of waste heat was researched.The results of research showed that the cooling effectiveness of the structure of inner cross-tube trolley is better than the traditional structure trolley,which on the range of air inlet velocity is 0.60 m/s~1.50 m/s,on the stage of the recover of waste heat that the cooling time of the structure of inner cross-tube trolley compared with the traditional structure trolley is reduced about 65%,on the end of cooling stage,the cooling time is reduced about 48%;and when the cooling air optimization inlet velocity is v=1.05 m/s,the recover of waste heat arrives at the maximum.
