| ABS硬塑玩具用云纹抗菌色母粒由抗菌底色母粒和云纹色母粒组成.本文通过实验确定制备ABS硬塑玩具用“蓝天白云”型云纹抗菌色母粒的优化配方为:抗菌底色母粒中载体树脂为80%,色粉为4%,抗氧剂为1%,载银抗菌剂含量为15%；云纹色母粒中载体树脂为80%,色粉为2%,分散剂为8%,润滑剂10%.用该功能母粒制备的ABS硬塑玩具板材的抗菌率为99.1%. |

| Clouding color masterbatch with antibacterial properties used for ABS hard plastic toy is composed of antibacterial base masterbatch and clouding color masterbatch.In this paper,the optimum ratio of preparing the “blue sky white clouds” masterbatch with antibacterial properties was ascertained by experiments.The results show the best ratio of antibacterial base masterbatch:carrier resin is 80%,colorant is 4%,antioxidant is 1%,antibacterial agent loading in Ag is 15%;that of clouding masterbatch:carrier resin is 80%,colorant is 2%,dispersant is 8%,lubricant is 10%.The antibacterial rate of ABS plates made from the functional masterbatch is 99.1%. |
