煤矿井下人员定位系统种类千变万化,但主要是在硬件和软件上的差异,因此,选择合适的硬件结构和软件架构会有效地避免井下巷道复杂,环境恶劣,干扰严重等因素.本文设计的基于NXP最新推出的集成片上TOF引擎的JN5168无线微控制器的井下人员定位前端控制系统,支持IEEE802.15.4无线通信协议,只需要设计芯片正常工作必要的外围电路,再通过改进TOF (Time of Flight)测距软件定位算法,便可构成一个精确定位系统.该系统满足成本低、开发时间短、定位误差低、功耗低、实时性快等优点,对煤矿井下复杂环境的人员定位系统的研制具有一定的理论和应用价值. |

The differences between most of the underground staff positioning systems are mainly on hard-and/or software.To avoid the effects from the complex as well as harsh environment of underground tunnel,and serious interference from other factors,the choice of a suitable hardware structure and software architecture becomes critical.In this paper,an underground staff positioning system based on wireless micro-controller JN5168,which carries an on-chip TOF engine,is designed.It supports the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless protocol.And in the design,only a few circuits need to be designed and some modification of the TOF (Time of Flight) software are necessary.The system is characterized by its low cost,short developing time,low power consumption,low positioning error,and outstanding performance on real-time.The works with this paper have theoretical as well as practical values for the development of the underground staff positioning systems. |
