通过盆栽试验,研究不同浓度铀(0、1、5、20 mg/kg)胁迫下,苏丹草的生长情况以及其光合色素、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量和对铀的生物富集系数(BCF)和转运系数(TF)的变化情况.结果表明:随着铀质量浓度的升高,光合色素和可溶性蛋白含量均呈下降趋势,MDA含量增加,生物富集系数和转运系数减小.苏丹草对一定铀质量浓度具有抗逆性,具有作为超富集植物的潜力. |

Through pot experiment,this paper studied the effects of uranium(0,1,5,20 mg/kg)on the seedlings growth and the leaves photosynthetic pigment content,soluble protein content,MDA content,BCF and TF of Sorghumsudanense(Piper)Stapf.The result shows that with the uranium concentration increasing,photosynthetic pigment content and soluble protein decrease,MDA content is adding,however,BCF and TF shows decreasing trend.Sorghumsudanense(Piper)Stapf has resistance for certain concentraion and has potentials of uranium hyper-accumulation. |
