对焦油裂解低压引射式燃烧器进行了研究,利用FLUENT进行数值模拟,研究喷嘴直径d、燃气流量v、喷嘴距壁面距离L这三个参数对焦油裂解的影响.通过采用正交试验比较不同参数下的焦油裂解面积,得到最优参数组合并采用实验验证数值模拟结果.数值模拟与实验结果表明:喷嘴直径d对焦油裂解的影响最大,喷嘴到壁面距离和燃气流量为次要影响;且当喷嘴直径d=4 mm,喷嘴距壁面距离L=18 mm,燃气流量v=0.10 m3/h时,焦油裂解效果最好. |

This paper reports on low-pressure ejector for tar cracking.Based on numerical simulation of the Fluent software,the effects of nozzle diameter d,gas flow v and distance L between nozzle and wall surface on tar cracking were studied.The tar cracking area under different parameters by orthogonal test was compared,the optimal combination of parameters was obtained and verification experiment for numerical simulation was also conducted.The results suggest that nozzle diameter d has the greatest effect on tar cracking,followed by the nozzle distance from the wall surface and the gas flow,and it shows optimum effect on tar cracking when nozzle diameter d=4 mm,distance L=18 mm,gas flow v=0.10 m3/h. |
