      运用Fluent软件,采用多重参考系法(MRF)和标准k-ε湍流模型模拟沉淀搅拌槽在现场的实际流动情况,分析了不同搅拌转速对三维流场的影响,对其宏观流动特性、时均速度和搅拌功率进行详细的分析对比,最后给出了最佳搅拌转速.

      The settling tank with mechanical agitation flowed at the actual site were numerically simulated by Multiple Reference Frame(MRF) and standard k-ε turbulent model.The effects of rotating speed on three-dimensional flow field of settling tank with mechanical agitation.The macroscopic flow characteristics,averaged velocity distribution and rotating power were compared and analyzed in detail.At last,the best of rotating speed is presented.
