      由于防辐射挖掘机视场铅玻璃是脆性材料,比普通玻璃易碎,且比重较大,本文设计了铅玻璃减震装置,并运用Ansys Workbench对铅玻璃在颠簸、行走刹车、回转制动的3种极限工况进行有限元分析,得到其等效应力、总变形.结果表明各指标均不超出减震设计的允许范围,保证了铅玻璃在这3种极限工况下作业的安全可靠性,为实际弹簧减震装置的优化设计及弹簧选型提供了依据.
英文摘要:
      Because lead glass is one of the brittle materials,more fragile than common glass and has high specific density,a shock absorption device of lead glass in radiation protection cockpit was designed.And under 3 kinds of extreme cases which were violently bumping,emergency braking and slewing braking,the finite element analysis of windshield lead glass was proceeded by using ANSYS Workbench,and the equivalent stress and deformation distribution of the lead glass were obtained.Results showed that all the indexes were within the allowance range of shock absorption design,made sure that it was safe and reliable to work for lead glass under those 3 kinds of extreme cases,and provided a basis for optimum design of shock absorption device and the selection of spring.
