高密度W-Ni-Fe合金具有强度高、塑性好、抗冲击韧性和穿透能力强、耐腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性能好等综合力学性能,广泛应用于现代军工工业和民用工业领域.本文从高密度W-Ni-Fe合金制备和应用的角度,论述了制粉、成形、烧结、热处理、形变强化等制备工艺对高密度W-Ni-Fe合金综合力学性能的影响,同时也对高密度W-Ni-Fe合金在核工业、航天工业等工业的应用进展进行了探讨,为高密度W-Ni-Fe合金的制备和应用研究提供相关数据参考. |

W-Ni-Fe high density alloys are widely used in the fields of modern military industry and civil industry with its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties such as high intensity,good plasticity,strong impact toughness and penetrability,corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance etc.This thesis discussed the effects of preparation process such as powders preparation,forming,sintering,heat treatment,deformation strengthening etc on the comprehensive mechanical properties of W-Ni-Fe high density alloys,meanwhile it explored the applications of W-Ni-Fe high density alloys into fields of nuclear industry and aerospace industry which provides credible data for the research on the preparation and application of W-Ni-Fe high density alloys. |
