为避免兆瓦级风力发电机组风激共振破坏问题,采用流体控制方程建立了兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机组仿生塔架流场模型,模仿棕榈树树干直径随高度变化的规律,分3段建立仿生塔架,对兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机组塔架进行了流固耦合数值分析.结果表明,仿生塔架与同类项普通塔架相比,兆瓦级垂直轴风力发电机组仿生塔架变形虽然稍有增大,但能满足风机塔架的变形设计要求,其最大应力下降了3 MPa,1阶固有频率避开了共振的频率范围,材料用量减小了10%,减轻了塔架的质量. |

To avoid the resonance damage of megawatt wind turbine,a fluid-structure interaction numerical analysis of megawatt vertical axis wind turbine was done by the establishment of bionic tower flow field model using fluid flow control equations.A bionic tower was set up with three steps,imitating the diameter change rule of palm tree trunk with height.The results show that the bionic tower of megawatt vertical axis wind turbine meets the requirements of deformation.Compared with the common tower,the maximum deformation of megawatt vertical axis wind turbine of the bionic tower increased,at the same time,the maximum stress decreased 3 MPa,the 1 order natural frequency avoided the resonance frequency range and the material consumption reduced by 10%,which means the weight of the tower were reduced. |
