根据MOLDFLOW在设计过程中用到的参数,采用正交实验的方法,确定了最佳的工艺组合,同时找出对翘曲变形影响显著的因素,并对这些影响显著因素的取值进一步优化,从而实现注塑件翘曲变形的优化.实验证明,通过这种方法优化后的制品的翘曲变形是最小的,优化效果非常好。 |

Now optimization of plastic-parts warpage with CAE technology is a topic of concern.This paper optimizes this problem,the optimum composition was determined by orthogonal experiment,and significant factors of warping effect were found,then the warpage is reduced by optimizing these parameters. Experiments prove that the effect on optimization of warpage is very good. |
