      采用金相显微镜、显微硬度仪、材料万能试验机研究了固溶处理对ZC61铸造镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,经440 ℃×24 h固溶处理后,铸态ZC61镁合金中沿晶界呈粗大、近似连续网状分布的非平衡共晶组织发生大量溶解,以细小、不连续颗粒状分布在基体上.合金的室温拉伸性能得到了明显的改善,固溶态合金的最大抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率分别为229.5 MPa、132.8 MPa和13.6%,较铸态合金分别提高了19.9%、16.3%和51.1%.
英文摘要:
      The effects of solution treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast ZC61 magnesium alloy were investigated by using optical microscope,microhardness tester and universal material tester.The results show that most of the coarse net-like nonequilibrium eutectic phases at the grain boundaries dissolved and dispersed in the α-Mg matrix in the shape of fine and discontinuous particles after a 440 ℃×24 h solution treatment.The room-temperature tensile properties of the alloy were improved greatly.The ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the solutionized alloy was 229.5 MPa,132.8 MPa and 13.6%,which was enhanced by 19.9%,16.3% and 51.1% in comparison to that of the as-cast alloy,respectively.
