      文中建立了一种新型的L-苯丙氨酸(L-Phe)印迹聚合物的制备方法,采用饱和水溶液重结晶法制备功能化β-环糊精-L-苯丙氨酸包合物,通过紫外分光光度法、傅里叶红外光谱、热重-差示扫描量热分析法等检测手段对包合物进行表征.首次在包合物研究基础上加入辅助功能单体、交联剂、复合光引发剂在混合有机相中制备了L-苯丙氨酸分子印迹聚合物并且能够成功洗脱进行再吸附.结果表明,常温下每20 mg包合印迹聚合物、未包合印迹聚合物以及非印迹聚合物的饱和吸附量分别为179.3 μmol/g、146.36 μmol/g和64.65 μmol/g.

      A novel L-phenylalanine Imprinted Polymers was prepared using acryloyl-β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) -L-phenylalanine inclusion compound,with saturated aqueous solution method.The inclusion compound was characterized by UV,FT- IR,TG-DSC.Based on the research inclusion compound,L-phenylalanine Imprinted Polymers was prepared with function monomer,crosslinker and photo initiator,from which the aim molecular can be removed successfully and be absorbed again.The results show that the saturated adsorption capacity was 179.3 μmol/g,146.36 μmol/g and 64.65 μmol/g in each 20 mg inclusion complex imprinted polymer,molecular imprinted polymer and non-imprinted polymer in room temperature.
