| In this paper we investigate the structure of TDerN and prove that it is a solvable Lie algebra,where N is the Lie algebra of strictly upper triangular n×n matrices over complex number field.The codimension of the derivation algebra DerN in TDerN is also determined.And then we obtain that DerN is the proper subalgebra of TDerN. |
