      在pH 7~8的弱碱性条件下,丹酰氯可与芹菜素反应生成一种酚酯化合物,使丹酰氯的内源性荧光发生猝灭,其猝灭程度(ΔF=F0-F)与加入芹菜素的量在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系.在优化的条件下,体系ΔF与芹菜素的浓度在6.40×10-7 mol/L~5.92×10-5 mol/L范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程为ΔF=112.18CAp(×10-5 mol/L)-1.25,相关系数r=0.998 9.检出限为1.92×10-7 mol/L,RSD为2.6%~4.1%,加标回收率为98.1%~101.5%.本方法简便、快速,用于芹菜中芹菜素的含量测定结果满意.
英文摘要:
      After the phenol ester compound generated by apigenin reacting with dansyl chloride in weakly alkaline medium,the endogenous fluorescence of dansyl chloride was quenched,and there was a good linear relationship between the quenching value(ΔF=F0-F) and the concentration of apigenin.And under the optimal conditions,the linear range of calibration curve for determination of apigenin was 6.40×10-7~5.92×10-5 mol/L,and the linear regression equation was ΔF= 112.18CAp(×10-5 mol/L)-1.25 with correlation coefficient 0.9989 and the detection limit for apigenin was 1.92×10-7 mol/L.The method was than 4.1% and the recoveries for apigenin from 98.1 %~101.5 %.The developed method was sensitive and had low detection limit and could be suitable for determining apigenin in celery.
