      设计了一种新型的滑模观测器(SMO)的IPMSM转速及转子位置观测器,通过电机电流的滑模观测模块对扩展反电动势进行观测,采用转速参数辨识和转子位置角度的锁相环(PLL),分别得到电机转速及转子位置信息,以减小转速和转子位置的观测误差,使用S型函数取代传统的离散控制率减少系统抖动.开发了基于STM32F103嵌入式微控制器的滑模观测矢量控制系统,设计全数字化永磁同步电机无位置传感器矢量控制调速系统的软硬件.实验结果证明:该新型无传感器矢量控制系统结构合理,稳态精度和动态性能良好,能够满足实际应用要求.
英文摘要:
      A novel observer to IPMSM speed and rotor position detection based on sliding mode observer(SMO) was designed.The extended back-EMF was observed by the motor current module of SMO.The speed parameter identification and rotor position angle phase-locked loop (PLL) were adopted.Therefore the motor speed and rotor position information were obtained respectively to reduce the value of speed and rotor position measurement error.S function substitute for traditional discrete controllerate is used to reduce system jitter.Stability properties of IPMSM control system based on the novel SMO was proved.Novel SMO vector control system was implemented using a STM32F103 embedded microcontroller.Hardware and software were designed for the sensorless vector control system.Experimental results verified that the sensorless vector control system possess a reasonable structure,good steady-state accuracy and dynamic performance,and can meet the actual application requirements.
