建立应用高效液相色谱测定野菊叶中绿原酸及木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷含量的方法.以0.04%磷酸-乙腈为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,梯度洗脱,检测波长355 nm,结果表明绿原酸浓度10-100 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.997;平均回收率为96.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.85%(n=6).木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷浓度1-10 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999;平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为0.63%(n=6). |

The contents of chlorogcnic acid and luteolin-7-O- glycosides in the leaf of Flos Chrysanthemi indici were determined by HPLC at 355 nm with the flow rate 1.0 mL/min,while acetonitril-0.04% H3PO4 was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution.The concentration of chlorogcnic acid within the range of 10-100 μg/mL had a good linearity with r=0.997.The average recovery of chlorogcnic acid was 96.7% and its relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.85% (n=6).The concentration of Luteolin-7-O- glycosides within the range of 1-10μg/mL had a good linearity with r=0.999.The average recovery of Chlorogcnic acid was 92.6% and its relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.63% (n=6).The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,suitable for the simultaneous determination of chlorogcnic acid and luteolin-7-O-glycosides in leaves of Flos Chrysanthemi indici. |
