针对贫杂铅锌矿碱浸工艺,系统地分析电解过程杂质离子CO2-3、SO2-4、SiO2-3、F-、Cl-、S-2对电解金属锌粉的影响.实验结果表明:CO2-3、SO2-4、SiO2-3、F-离子对电解金属锌粉没有明显影响,Cl-离子浓度宜控制在20 g/L以下基本上满足GB/T6890-2000 国家标准的锌粉三级标准,S2-离子对电解金属锌粉影响比较显著,即使在S2-微量的条件下金属锌粉的品质下降了近5%. |

The effects of impurities ions on the quality of the metallic zinc powder in zinc alkaline leaching electrowinning process are researched.The experimental results indicated that the ions of CO2-3、SO2-4、SiO2-3、F- had no influences on zinc electrowinning,the maximum concentration of the chlorine ion should be controlled under 20 g/L,the concentration of the sulfide ion had significant influence on electrowinning process,the quality of zinc decreased 5% even under the slight amount of sulfide ion condition. |
