      药物冲模是用于将药粉冲压成形的一种模具,为控制药物剂量在一定的允差范围内,对冲模的尺寸精度、耐磨性能及抗冲击性能要求很高.本文对药物冲模的常规热处理工艺和失效行为进行分析,并采用激光相变硬化法对药物冲模进行试验,结果表明:激光相变硬化法较传统热处理方法可改善药物冲模的力学性能,提高其使用寿命20%以上.
英文摘要:
      The tablet punch die is one kind of mold used in medicinal powder stamp forming.In order to control medicine dosage in allowable deviation scope,the demand for die’s size precision,wear-resisting performance and anti-impact properties is very high.In this article conventional heat treatment of this kind of die and its failure behavior are analyzed,and phase transformation method by laser was adopted to harden the die.The results indicate:The phase transformation hardening by laser can improve the mechanical properties of tablet punch die compared with traditional heat treatment method,and enhance its service life above 20%.
