      用溶液法合成了镍(Ⅱ)与2-(2-吡啶)苯并咪唑(HPBM),咪唑的混配配合物,其分子式为[Ni(C12N3H9)2(C3H4N2)·Cl]·(ClO4).在接近生理条件pH=7.2下,研究它与DNA作用的电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱,求得配合物与DNA的结合常数,研究了配合物对EB-DNA体系的Scatchard图,结果表明配合物与DNA作用既存在部分插入结合模式又存在静电结合模式.

      This paper introduces that the microwave synthesis of 2-(2-pyridyl)-benzimidazole and solvothermal reaction of Ni(Ⅱ)complex with 2-(2-pyridyl)-benzimidazole and imidazole,the structures of the complex may be [Ni(C12N3H9)2(C3H4N2)·Cl]·(ClO4).The interaction of the complex and DNA has been investigated by using UV spectra and fluorescent spectra.The emission intensity was quenched as the complex was added to the EB-DNA system.The apparent binding constants of the complex and DNA was obtained at physiological pH(pH=7.2).The results suggest that the interaction of Ni(II)complex and DNA belong to both partial intercalation and static electricity attraction mode.
