在实际中发现热偶规测量真空度时,真空度与热偶规输出电压值对应的曲线非线性程度高,因此产生的测量误差较大.通过数据实验发现用ε-SVR及SMO(Sequential Minimal Optimization)算法拟合真空度-电压曲线能更接近实际曲线,满足了应用需要. |

In order to improve the accuracy of measurement of vacuum degree in coated vacuum valve with Thermocouple Circular Canal,ε-SVR and SMO algorithm are employed to fit nonlinear vacuum degreed curve.The result of the experiment satisfied the practical need. |
