      基于稀硫酸介质中,萘酚与溴酸钾、吖啶红等发生反应,并形成聚集体,导致体系的共振光散射(RLS)大大增强,从而建立了测定尿中痕量萘酚的RLS新方法.研究了体系的RLS强度的影响因素,优化了反应条件,并对反应机理进行了初步探讨.α-萘酚和β-萘酚最大的RLS峰均位于340 nm;α-萘酚的线性范围为1.85×10-7~2.30×10-5 mol/L,β-萘酚为1.29×10-7~2.40×10-5 mol/L;检出限α-萘酚为5.5×10-8 mol/L,β-萘酚为3.9×10-8 mol/L.该方法已成功用于人尿中痕量萘酚的测定相对标准偏差为4.80 %~6.10 %,平均回收率为98.40 %.与高效液相色谱法比较,结果满意.
英文摘要:
      A novel method for the determination of trace naphthols was developed.It was based on the enhancement of Resonance Light Scattering(RLS)of the aggregation forming by the interaction of naphthols,potassium bromate and acridine red in dilute sulphuric acid medium.The effective factors of RLS and optimum conditions of the system were studied,moreover,an initial study of the reaction mechanism was discussed.The maximum RLS wavelengths were located at 340nm both for α-naphthol and β-naphthol.The linear ranges were 1.85×10-7~2.30×10-5mol/L and 1.29×10-7~2.40×10-5 mol/L,the detection limits were 0.55×10-7 mol/L and 0.39×10-7 mol/L for α-naphthol and β-naphthol,respectively.The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of trace naphthols in human urine successfully with satisfactory results in comparison with the method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the relative standard deviation was 4.8%~6.1% and the average recovery was 98.4%(n=6).
