| 建筑工程质量成本分析与控制是对质量投资回报的具体衡量，是实现质量和成本统一的有效手段，本文根据质量成本的特点，提出了系统控制模型，并由此建立了质量成本控制的灰色马尔柯夫模型，编制了实施的计算机程序，为加强建筑工程质量成本的分析和优化控制提供了新的方法. |

| Analysis and control of building engineering’s quality and cost is the exact calculation of quality and investment return.It is the effective measure to unite quality and cost.This paper puts forward the model of systems control based on the characteristics of quality and cost.Grey-Markov model about control of quality and cost is built and availabe computer programme is completed.The research results provide new method for the analysis and optimization control for building engineering’s quality and cost. |
