      本文研究了纳米铁核素在人体微血管中的输运过程及其对应的收集效果.从病灶组织的供血微血管上游注入的纳米铁核素微粒,在外磁场的引导作用下能被定位在病灶组织.考虑到纳米铁核素微粒主要受到磁场力和血流作用力的影响,研究结果表明:在锚定在血管中的球形磁体引导下,纳米铁核素微粒可在靶区富集;另外,在磁场的强度比较高、血流的流速比较低的情况下,其收集效果较好.
英文摘要:
      The paper studies the delivery and collection of the nanometers-iron nuclide particles in microvasculature of the body. The nanopaticles are injected upstream from the target tissue, guided to and collected at the desired region with the aid of the magnetic field positioned nearby. This study takes into account the domain magnetic and fluidic forces on the nanoparticles. The results show that the nanoparticles can be directed to the target using a spherical magnet anchored in the microvasculature. Moreover, the stronger the magnetic field and the lower the blood velocity in the microvasculature, the higher the collection of the nanoparticles show.
