      通过分析α-β-γ滤波器的工作原理,在已知滤波器参数关系式的前提下,通过引入信噪比改进值为指标,确定出滤波器的参数,并给出相应的实现步骤。最后,利用Bently转子实验台模拟转子不平衡故障的振动信号对该滤波器进行验证.研究结果表明:采用优化参数后的滤波器能够有效地剔除机械振动信号中噪声.
英文摘要:
      The principle of α-β-γ filter is introduced in short and its parameter is also optimized by using the index of signal-to-noise improvement. The new method has been tested by vibration signal which was measured by Bently rotor kits and verified by different SNR signal finally. The research result shows that the noise of machine vibration can be removed effectively by using this new filter.
