通过亚硝酸钠、硫酸二乙酯和紫外线的复合诱变,得到浸出Zn2+浓度较高的混合微生物A、B、C、D和E.诱变前后混合微生物于30 ℃、160 r/min条件下,在闪锌矿矿浆浓度为20%的9K和Leathen培养基中培养40 d,浸矿结果表明,5组混合菌的Zn2+浸出量均比没有诱变处理的对照高.其中E的浸矿效果最佳,在含闪锌矿的9K 和Leathen培养基中浸矿40 d后,Zn2+的浸出量分别比对照提高了128.6%和 183.3%.诱变后混合微生物的最适生长温度为30 ℃. |

The mixed microorganisms with higher concentrations of leaching Zn2+, designated A, B, C, D and E, were screened after mutation .Compared to the control in Zn2+ leaching rates, the amount of leaching Zn2+ was increased by 128.6% and 183.3% respectively, 40 d after leaching in 9K medium and leathen, indicating that the best suitable temperature for mixed microorganisms to grow is 30 ℃ |
