      建立了pH渐变光谱秩消失因子分析法测定混合物中2,4-二硝基苯酚的新方法.在本方法中,以向Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中滴加氢氧化钠溶液的方式使溶液pH不断变化,通过记录多个pH点溶液的吸收光谱获得酸度-光谱双线性数据矩阵,再应用秩消失因子分析法计算混合物中2,4-二硝基苯酚的浓度.应用本方法对混合物样品中2,4-二硝基苯酚的进行了测定,结果满意.
英文摘要:
      A new method for the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol in mixtures by pH changed gradually spectral rank annihilation factor analysis has been developed.In the method described here,the pH of the Britton-Robinson buffer solution containing 2,4-dinitrophenol was changed gradually by adding sodium hydroxide solution into the solution.In this process,the spectrum of the solutin at different pH has been recorded and then the acidity-absorbance spectra matrix was obtained.Thus the concentration of 2,4-dinitrophenol in the mixtures can be obtained by rank annihilation factor analysis.The method is free to separate 2,4-dinitrophenol from mixtures,so the method is simple and convenient.The method has been used to the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol in environmental mixture samples,with satisfactory results.
