| 由于信息的巨大数量,传统的人工科研论文评价方法已经越来越不适应.本文提出了一个新的基于Web社区发现技术的科技论文自动评价方法,并与googlescholar等进行了比较,实验表明我们的方法具有明显的优势. |

| With the huge number of information,traditional paper evaluation approach that mainly relies on manual work become less and less facilitated.In this paper,then present an automatic way for research paper evaluation,which is based on Web community's identification.Compared with other tools such as Google Scholar,the experiment shows the advantage of the new method. |
