| 针对雨量预报问题，建立基于神经网络的数学模型．首先采取“消除噪声”的方式对所给的数据进行处理，得到所需的目标数据，然后运用L—M优化算法对各观测站点进行模拟，得到各观测站点的预测值，计算出91个观测站点的预测值和其实测值之间的累积误差． |

| This paper establishes mathmatic model of raining forecast based on nerve net.Firstly,we treated the data by the method of "removing noise",and then simulated every observing station by L-M calculation to get and calculate the accumulated error between the calculating data and the actual data in 91 observing stations. |
