      将自行合成的对甲基苯磺酸掺杂聚苯胺/聚乙烯醇防腐涂料在碳钢基体上进行涂层,采用开路电位法对涂层厚度、涂刷方式和腐蚀介质等因素的对涂料防腐性能的影响进行研究.实验结果表明:当聚苯胺涂层厚度为0.75mm,以聚苯胺/聚乙烯醇复合涂料作为底漆,再涂刷一层环氧树脂作为面漆,涂层的防腐效果最好.在不同的腐蚀介质中研究PAN复合涂料防腐性能,结果表明聚苯胺的防腐性能在碱性介质中比在酸性介质中更好.
英文摘要:
      The polyaniline/polyvinyl alcohol anticorrosion emulsion which was synthesized by ourselves was coated on the iron.The influence of coating thickness,crossing medium and coating methods to the properties of anticorrosion were investigated by employing the opening circuit potential.The result is that the best method of coating was that PAN/PVA was undercoat,while epoxy was surface coat whose thickness is 0.75 mm..The anticorrosion properties of PAN in different crossing medium was researched.The result is that the properties of PAN in acid medium was better than that in alkalinity medium
