      针对蒸汽发生器传热元件U型管在换热过程中的破损、渗漏等事故,分析了U型管结构特性和流动特性在换热过程中的影响.分析指出,换热过程U型管机械性能的降低是产生事故的直接原因,而冷热流体在换热流动过程的回流和紊动冲击则加速了事故进程.这充分表明有关蒸汽发生器定压升温和汽化过程的传热研究是极为必要的.
英文摘要:
      According to U-shaped tubes dilapidation and leakage of heat transfer process,this paper analyses the influence of structure and flow characteristics of U-shaped tube.The results show that mechanism performance falling of U-shaped tube during heat transfer is the direct matter of these events,and that simultaneity refluence and turbulence vibration strengthen the effect.It is essential to study exchange heat of temperature ascending and boiling away at the constant pressure.
