| 我国是世界上最大的水产品生产国,连续12年位居世界水产品产量第一.然而,近年来,我国水产品出口却频频遭到美国等国家的倾销指控.该文就此分析我国水产品出品遭遇反倾销壁垒的背景,我国水产品出口屡遭国外倾销指控的原因,探寻水产品出口遭受反倾销的主要特征,并试图从中找到应对反倾销壁垒的策略,为我国水产品出口寻找一条可持续发展道路. |

| China is the biggest producer of aquatic products all over the world,and it has taken the first plale in the output of aquatic products in the world for 12 years on end.However,in recent years,the export of our aquatic products has been frequently accused by USA and other countries for dumping.This paper starts from this point and analyses its background,finds out the reason why our exports of aquatic products are frequently accused by foreign countries for dumping,and attempts to come up with countermeasures on how to respond to antidumping barriers in order to find a sustainable developing way for our country's export. |
