生物农药大有发展前途,研究雷公藤乙醇提取物对乌桕毒蛾的生物活性,结果表明,雷公藤提取物对4龄乌桕毒蛾幼虫具有很强的生长发育抑制作用,其抑制中浓度EC50为0.02201%。雷公藤提取物对乌桕毒蛾幼虫具有较高的毒杀作用,但表现比较缓慢,处理72h后的死亡中浓度LC50为0.03227%。 |

Biological pesticides was to be having a bright prospect.The paper dealted with effect of ethanol extract from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii on bioactivities of diamond-back moth,Euproctis bipunctapex.The results showed that the medium growth inhibiting concentration(EC_(50)) of the extract against 4th instar larvae was 0.02201%.The extract had higher toxic killing effect on Euproctis bipunctapex larvae.However,the effect was lower.The median lethal concentration(LC_(50)) for the larvae treated for 72 h was(0.03227%). |
