| Forming mechanism of the double-component metal powers during laser direct rapid forming(LDRF) process were analyzed.Some basic characteristics including balling effect,warp distortion and cracks were studied.Furthermore,Laser parameters,processing variables,material properties,atmospheric control,which affect forming parts'quality,were systematically discussed. |
