      介绍以旋转填料床为强制混合反应器进行化学液相沉淀反应,生产碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、硫酸钡、氧化锌、拟薄水铝石、碳酸缌等纳米粉体材料的工艺及实验结果,考察旋转填料床转速、溶液的过饱和程度、分散剂等因素对平均粒径的影响,提出还需要解决的问题,提出用错流型旋转床解决逆流型旋转床气相压降过大的难题。
英文摘要:
      The process and experiment results of Nano powder material was studied,such as CaCO_3,Al(OH)_3,BaSO_4,ZnO,Al_2O_3.2H_2O and SrCO_3,produced by chemical liquid phase reaction in the rotating packed bed.The effect of rotating velocity of rotating packed bed,saturation of liquor and distracting dose on synthesized particle size were explored.This paper expounds some research problems to solve,and suggests that the cross-flow RPB could deal with the difficult problem,where there is a high gas-phase pressure drop in counter-flow PRB.
