化工热侧电除尘器运行过程中存在系列问题,电晕极、集尘极板出现腐蚀变形,除尘效率波动较大.本文通过探讨其影响作用机制,认为其关键在于烟气的酸露点确定,酸雾的控制,只有全面分析沸腾炉烟气酸露点,酸雾的成因及变化规律,采取针对性的措施,才能保证电除尘器的高效运行. |

There exist a series of problems during the working process of chemical Heat ESP. That is to say ,when the overall efficiency of separation has great fluctuation, the wire electrodes and the collecting plate will appear to be corroded and deformed. This article discusses mainly its working mechanism and points out the importance of the determination of acid dew-point and control of acid fog. As a result, only through all-round analysis of contributing furnace and changing regularity of the acid dew-point of the fumes in boiling furnace can measures be effective, and the chemical Heat ESP can work with efficiency. |
