| In the improved equipment, trimethoxysilane was synthesized with CH_3OH and HSiCl3 by solution method. The influence of reaction conditions such as solvent, ratio of material , temperature of cooling fluid , size of filling were observed. The optimum conditions for synthesizing trimethoxysilane were established. |
