      在改进的装置中采用溶剂法,以三氯硅烷和甲醇为原料醇解合成三甲氧基硅烷.通过考察溶剂种类、原料配比、冷凝温度、填料大小等因素的影响,确立了最优合成条件.
英文摘要:
      In the improved equipment, trimethoxysilane was synthesized with CH_3OH and HSiCl3 by solution method. The influence of reaction conditions such as solvent, ratio of material , temperature of cooling fluid , size of filling were observed. The optimum conditions for synthesizing trimethoxysilane were established.
