      在气体渗碳渗剂中添加微量稀土元素对渗入速度、显微组织以及性能有重大的影响.由于稀土元素具有较低的负电性和高的化学活性,在20CrMnTi钢渗碳过程中显示出优异的催渗效果,与原渗碳过程相比,可使渗入速度提高15%~20%,表层碳化物细化,质量有所提高.
英文摘要:
      The effect of rare earth (RE) elements to carburizing on the diffusing rate, micro-structures and properties of 20CrMnTi steel was studied. The experimental results indicated that the catalysis effect of RE on carburizing processes are remarkable because RE have lower electronegativity and high chemical activity, comparing with conventional processes without RE addition. The diffusing rate is increased by 15% - 20% ; the carbide particls in surface layer are refined and the quality is improved.
