| 把硬件的故障模式、影响与严重度分析方法和人因失误的机理结合起来 ,提出了一种新的人因失误分析方法———人因失效模式、影响及危害性分析 (HEMECA) .介绍了该方法的研究现状及水平 ,并主要分析了该方法的实施步骤 ,主要包括以下八个方面 :明确人 -机系统的特点、确定人因失效模式清单、分析根本原因、屏障分析、评定人因失效所造成的影响、评价失效等级、提出预防措施和完成HEMECA表 . |

| This paper introduces a new human error analysis method-Human Error Mode,Effect and Criticality Analysis by combining hardware failure mode,effect and criticality with human error mechanism. It consists of the actualities and the level of HEMECA. Analysis steps of the method are mainly recommended. The steps are as follows:making definite the characters of man-machine system,making sure the list of human error,analyzing the basic reasons,analyzing barrier,assessing the effect of human error,assessing the level of human error,bringing up the measure of protection and completing the HEMECA table. |
